ChaChing was founded with a vision to restore fairness to commerce. At the inception of ChaChing, the founding team observed that the cost of digital advertising has increased so much over the years that merchants now have to spend between 30% to 50% of the value of every online sale on digital advertising alone. This cost is squeezing the margins of retailers who often have little choice but to pass it on to their customers, who in turn are having to pay more for the products they are buying online.

For retailers, ChaChing offers a cheaper, more transparent way of reaching their end customers, and helps generate customer loyalty and satisfaction thanks to purchase rewards. ChaChing works for shoppers by taking the money that retailers spend on advertising on the platform and passing almost all of it on as a purchase reward, available instantly.

ChaChing’s ultimate aim is to help consumers keep more of their hard-earned money and to break the market free of the enormous ecommerce advertising fees of global big tech behemoths.
